いつも葉山ホテル 音羽ノ森をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、弊社が使用する予約管理システム「手間いらず」において、お客様の個人情報が外部に漏洩した可能性があることが判明いたしました。
多大なるご迷惑とご心配をおかけしますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。
現時点で確認されている範囲では、以下の条件すべてに該当する予約の一部について、予約者様に不審なメッセージが送信されている事象を確認しております。
・予約日：2026年9月21日までに成立した予約
・宿泊日：2026年9月21日以降の宿泊日の予約
お客様におかれましては、弊社や宿泊施設を名乗る不審な連絡（メールやSMS等）を受信された際、
次の点に十分ご注意いただくようお願いいたします。
【ご注意いただきたい事項】
・メッセージに記載されたURLやリンクを開かない
・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しない
・不審なメッセージに返信しない
・メッセージの指示に従って支払いや送金を行わない
・予約内容を確認する場合は、予約された宿泊施設または宿泊予約サイトの公式窓口へ問い合わせる
万が一、不審なウェブサイトにクレジットカード情報等を入力された場合は、速やかにご利用のクレジットカード会社へご相談ください。
なお、本事象の原因となったシステムではクレジットカード情報を取り扱っておらず、保有しておりません。

本件につきまして、弊社が使用する予約管理システム「手間いらず（TEMAIRAZU）」より、今回の事象の対象となったお客様へ、改めてご案内のメールが送信される予定です。
今回のご案内は、以下の条件に該当する予約のうち、「手間いらず」において通知先のメールアドレスを確認できる予約者様を対象としております。
【今回の通知対象】
・予約日：2026年9月21日までに成立した予約
・宿泊日：2026年9月21日以降の宿泊日の予約
・「手間いらず」において通知先のメールアドレスを確認できる予約
なお、上記は、これまでの調査により確認された不審なメッセージの送信状況等を踏まえ、今回の通知対象として設定されたものです。
上記の条件に該当するすべての予約について、第三者による個人情報の閲覧・取得や、不審なメッセージの送信が確認されているものではございません。
また、これまでの調査により、本事象の原因となった箇所の特定および必要な対策は完了しております。
今後の調査により、今回の通知対象以外の予約者様についてもご案内が必要となる新たな事実が判明した場合には、改めてお知らせいたします。

Thank you for choosing [葉山ホテル 音羽ノ森 HAYAMA HOTEL OTOWA NO MORI].
We are writing to inform you that unauthorized access to Temairazu, a reservation management system used by our property, has been confirmed. As a result, personal information associated with some guest reservations may have been exposed to an unauthorized third party. We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this may cause.
Based on the information currently available, suspicious messages have been sent to some guests whose reservations meet both of the following conditions:
The reservation was made on or before September 21, 2026.
The stay is scheduled for September 21, 2026, or later.
If you receive an unexpected message claiming to be from our property or a booking platform, whether by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another channel, please take the following precautions:
Do not open any links in the message.
Do not enter your credit card details or other personal information.
Do not reply to the message.
Do not make any payment or transfer money as instructed in the message.
To verify your reservation, contact our property directly using the contact details on our official website, or contact the booking platform through its official support channel.
If you have entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, please contact your card issuer promptly. The Temairazu system involved in this incident does not process or store credit card information.

As an update to this matter, TEMAIRAZU, the reservation management system used by our hotel, will send an additional notification email to guests whose reservations fall within the scope of this matter.
The notification will be sent to reservation holders who meet all of the following conditions and whose email addresses are registered and available for notification through the TEMAIRAZU system.
[Scope of This Notification]
* Reservations made on or before September 21, 2026
* Reservations with a stay date on or after September 21, 2026
* Reservation holders whose email addresses can be confirmed through the TEMAIRAZU system
Please note that these criteria have been established based on the suspicious messages identified through our investigation to date.
Meeting the above criteria does not mean that unauthorized access to or acquisition of personal information by a third party, or the receipt of a suspicious message, has been confirmed for that reservation.
Our investigation has also identified the cause of this incident, and the necessary measures to address it have been completed.
Should further investigation reveal any new information requiring notification to reservation holders outside the scope of this notification, we will provide an additional update.
